Another second repaint project for us, initially painted in 2012 and again in 2022 with the same ownership. This was a full property repaint including the interior hallways which was not done on the first go round. The property looks brand new and because of its unique build type and color design should stay looking new for at least the life expectancy of the paint coating. This property gave us an opportunity to use the new atrium booms for vertical assistance which we hadn’t needed in the past and did not have access to the first time we painted this property, making a huge difference in our ability to safely reach the top of this building.
