Located near the San Tan Mall this property was only about 7 years old when it required a new coating. The original paint had aged quickly as most new construction coatings do and really needed a change in color scheme to keep the color pallet updated to compliment the great architecture of the building. Another issue with this property was the extensive drywall repair that was needed due to the settling cracks throughout its vast access hallways.
