Cirq 44 is a unique building for Synergy Painting and for the area in general, but these “Wrap” style apartment buildings are becoming a great option for infill areas but deliver some real access challenges. This lowrise was too high to access with ladders, so booms needed to be used, however perimeter walls and fences prohibited the booms access. These areas had to be torn down and rebuilt to accommodate the use of vertical assistance needed to complete this project.
